Multi-Location Manufacturer and Distributor of Medicinal Products

While working with a multi-location manufacturer and distributor of medicinal products, Aguilar Thomas acted as their outsourced internal Talent Acquisition group. We were responsible for developing strategy and then owning the marketing, outreach, sourcing, and screening of candidates for Manufacturing, Sales, and Compliance positions within the organization.  We also insured proper completion and collection of onboarding documentation for every employee brought into the organization. This provided an immediate on demand solution and cost savings to the organization while enabling them to scale from 150-200 key employees. 

While working with this client we engaged our HR Resources group to revamp their Employee Manual as well as created internal policy and procedure documents to insure compliance and protect the company during their current and future internal hires.

Aguilar Thomas Consulting Partnering with Avitek Recruit

VENTURA COUNTY, CA - DECEMBER 2, 2019

Aguilar Thomas Consulting, LLC is pleased to announce that it has entered a partnership with Avitek Recruit.

Aguilar Thomas and Avitek Recruit have had a longstanding relationship and the partnership process has been ongoing for the last six months. The partnership will add Aguilar Thomas’ talent acquisition, HR consultancy, training and employee retention solutions to Avitek’s portfolio of services, which includes workforce recruitment and support.

With eight offices in California and Arizona, Avitek Recruit is both a workforce staffing provider to companies, as well as a recruitment agency for employees. With Aguilar Thomas’ service offerings now in the mix, Avitek will be able to strengthen its solutions to clients on both the employee and employer side. Furthermore, Avitek will now have a valuable foothold in Southern California due to Aguilar Thomas’ Ventura County headquarters.
